Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure you have flexibility when booking with MarrakechTips. If you need to cancel your booking, please follow the steps below to request a full refund.
How to Cancel and Request a Refund

- Email Your Confirmation: Fill the form under include your booking confirmation number and any other relevant details.

- Refund Process: Once we receive your Request and confirmation number, we will manually issue the refund through our payment gateway, WeTravel. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used when booking.

- Refund Timeline: After we initiate the refund, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. you can also ask for refund in cash if you still in Marrakech one of our team can reach you.
Important Notes

- Full Refund Eligibility: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour or activity to receive a full refund.

- Late Cancellations: Refunds may not be available if the request is made within 12 hours of the tour or activity. Please contact us to discuss your options.
- Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel a tour booked on the same day, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
