Lina the pilot was above excellent

It was amazing experience to see Atlas mountain from above. Lina the pilot was above excellent, smooth taking off and landing on the trailer was precise and accurate, her harisma and entertaining during the fly was so friendly and engaging, joking, taking photos, telling some details about hot air baloons. We were absolutely stunned by whole experience. From A to Z it was fantastic, the only comment would be that we had to wait so long in the freezing cold as had to wait for the second flight, rather avoid that and arrived an hour later. However, would definitely remember the very first and the best ever hot air baloon flight. Many thanks for the whole team and Lina the best pilot ever!

From start to finish it was a lovely experience

A bit of waiting about due to the incoming weather, but we expected that... (always look at you weather app) We had a lovely welcome with coffee and croissants and then got taken out to out balloon. I do not like heights, my wife does not like fire. But we took the challenge and we loved it. our pilot was so funny and informative. Breakfast was plentiful. I loved the barber tea and the sweet cookie/biscuit. The full spread was amazing. We both would go back and do this again with these guys. We always felt in safe hands.

An experience not to be missed in Marrakesh

It was a fantastic experience. The reception was good and the breakfast after the flight was good. The flight was excellent. We felt safe. The drone video and photo work was good and is a nice memory of the experience. I recommend it.

An unforgettable hot air balloon experience in Marrakech!

From start to finish, this was truly a magical morning. The team were incredibly professional, warm, and organised — we felt safe and well taken care of throughout. Watching the sunrise over the Marrakech desert from the balloon was one of the most breathtaking sights I’ve ever seen. The views were unreal… peaceful, beautiful, and absolutely unforgettable. Our pilot was fantastic — knowledgeable, reassuring, and so passionate about what he does. He made the entire experience feel effortless and special. After landing, we enjoyed a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast in the most serene setting. The food was fresh, authentic, and served with genuine hospitality. It was the perfect way to finish an already extraordinary experience. I cannot recommend this enough — a definite must-do in Marrakech. If you’re looking for something memorable, unique, and truly 5-star, this is it. ✨

Truly amazing

Fantastic and would strongly recommend the experience. From pick up, flight, breakfast and drop off it was worth every penny. The whole team were excellent, communication was clear and everything went like clockwork. If you’re terrified of heights, don’t worry, nothing to fear. If you don’t think you can do it due to problems with flexibility, don’t worry, less abled people had no problems. The experience of floating through the air is truly magical and watching the sunrise is precious. The baskets take up to 24 people, there was 16 in ours, all ages, all abilities. Landing is gentle and the professional team made it feel safe. I would recommend this company 100%, good value as well.
