Marrakechtips.com is a travel platform based in Marrakech, Morocco, offering curated experiences including guided tours, day trips, desert excursions, and local travel advice to help visitors discover the beauty and culture of Morocco.

All bookings must be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or directly with one of our agents.
We accept online payments, as well as offline payments by bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please use your Order ID as a reference. Your booking will not be confirmed until the funds are received.
Our Moroccan bank RIB is available upon request for direct payments.
Same-day bookings must be made at least 3 hours before the tour starts. Please contact us directly to confirm availability.
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Free cancellation for any booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of your tour.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
If Marrakechtips cancels a tour due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Travelers must ensure they are fit and able to participate in any booked activity.
It is your responsibility to have valid travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, and cancellations.
You are responsible for your personal belongings during the trip.
We strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, Marrakechtips shall not be held liable for:
Any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers (transport, hotels, etc.).
Delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Any indirect or consequential loss.
If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant Marrakechtips.com the right to use them for marketing purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any law.
