Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any service with Marrakechtips. By completing your booking and submitting payment, you agree to be bound by the policies below.

Coupons apply only to direct bookings made on Marrakechtips.com unless otherwise stated.
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.
Some coupons expire; please refer to the terms included in the email or promotional material.
Marrakechtips is not responsible for:
personal injury or loss of life,
loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings,
delays or inconveniences caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, strikes, government actions, flight delays, road closures, or natural disasters.
All participants join tours and activities at their own risk.
We offer both refundable and non-refundable booking options (when available).
The refundable option allows cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time (local time).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are not refundable, regardless of the reason.
We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including medical, trip interruption, and baggage coverage.
By checking the box to “Receive important updates via SMS/WhatsApp,” you agree to receive operational messages from Marrakechtips, such as:
booking confirmations,
meeting point details,
schedule updates,
urgent notifications related to your service.
Message/data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We do not share your phone number with third parties and we do not use your number for marketing SMS.
Your voucher includes meeting instructions. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
If you arrive late:
the guide may not be able to wait,
you may lose your tour,
no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
If you expect a delay, you must call us immediately using the numbers listed on our website.
The guide will wait.
Same-day changes to start time or date may result in additional charges.
Drivers monitor flight schedules and will wait up to 2 hour after arrival.
If the delay exceeds 2 hour:
the driver may leave for other scheduled services,
rescheduling will be offered.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged for unexpected delays and missed transfers.
For tours that include entrance tickets, please carry a valid ID.
Ages must match what was provided during booking.
Children under 18 may be asked to show a copy of their ID.
Students (18–26) must bring a valid student ID to receive student pricing when applicable.
Due to local conditions such as traffic, weather, or safety, guides may adjust the order of visits.
This does not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.
Tours operate rain or shine.
Minor changes may be made to ensure safety.
No refunds are issued due to bad weather.
If a site closes unexpectedly (e.g., palace, mosque, museum, road, or valley access), the guide will provide an alternative itinerary.
No refunds or compensation will be offered.
In rare cases, if tickets become unavailable:
we will offer an alternative date or time, or
a full refund for that specific service.
Promotional codes must be applied before completing payment.
Discounts cannot be added retroactively.
We always do our best to accept and confirm last-minute requests.
If we cannot find availability for guides, drivers, or tickets, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Marrakechtips aims to provide small, comfortable group sizes for a more personal experience.
In rare cases, family groups may slightly exceed our usual maximum to keep groups together.
If we must modify or cancel a service due to reasons beyond our control, we will:
offer an alternative date/time, or
provide a refund if no alternative is possible.
We are not responsible for costs outside the tour price (e.g., hotels, flights, taxis).
By booking with Marrakechtips, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions and agree to follow them throughout your travel experience.
