Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking with Marrakechtips.
By completing your reservation and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies below.

If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you before your booking.


1) Coupons, Discounts & Promotions

  • Promotional codes apply only to direct bookings made through Marrakechtips.com, unless stated otherwise.

  • Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

  • Some offers may have expiration dates; please refer to the terms provided in the promotional message.


2) Responsibility & Liability

Marrakechtips acts as a local organizer and service provider. We are not liable for:

  • personal injury, illness, or loss of life,

  • loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or luggage,

  • delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, government actions, flight delays, road closures, or natural disasters.

All participants join tours and activities at their own risk.


3) Booking Types & Travel Insurance

  • Some services are offered with refundable or non-refundable options.

  • Refundable bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time (local time).

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are not refundable, regardless of the reason.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, delays, and baggage.


4) Communication via WhatsApp / SMS

By selecting the option to receive updates via WhatsApp or SMS, you agree to receive operational messages related to your booking, including:

  • booking confirmations,

  • meeting point information,

  • schedule updates,

  • urgent service-related notifications.

Message frequency may vary. Standard messaging rates may apply.
Your phone number is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties or used for marketing messages without consent.


5) Late Arrivals – Group Tours

  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.

  • If you arrive late, the group may depart without you.

  • Missed tours due to late arrival are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.


6) Late Arrivals – Private Tours

For private tours, the driver and guide can wait in case of delay.
However, extended waiting time may result in additional charges, depending on the duration and impact on the schedule.

  • If you expect a delay, please inform us as soon as possible using the contact details on our website.

  • Same-day changes to the start time or itinerary may result in additional charges.


7) Late Arrivals – Transfers

  • Drivers monitor flight arrivals and will wait up to 2 hours after landing.

  • If the delay exceeds 2 hours, the driver may need to leave for other scheduled services.

  • In such cases, rescheduling will be offered whenever possible.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected delays and missed transfers.


8) Identification & Age Verification

  • A valid ID may be required for certain tours and entrance tickets.

  • Ages must match the information provided during booking.

  • Children under 18 and students (18–26) may be asked to present identification or student proof when applicable.


9) Itinerary Adjustments

To ensure safety and quality, guides may adjust the order of visits due to traffic, weather, or local conditions.
Such adjustments do not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.


10) Events Beyond Our Control

Weather Conditions

  • Tours operate in most weather conditions.

  • Minor itinerary changes may be made for safety.

  • No refunds are issued due to weather conditions.

Unexpected Closures or Restrictions

If a site becomes inaccessible (e.g., museum, palace, road, or valley), an alternative itinerary will be offered.
No refunds or compensation will be provided.


11) Tickets & Entrance Fees

In rare cases where tickets become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

  • offer an alternative date or time, or

  • refund the affected service in full.


12) Last-Minute Bookings

We always do our best to confirm last-minute requests.
If availability cannot be secured for guides, drivers, or tickets, a full refund will be issued.


13) Small Group Policy

Marrakechtips prioritizes small, comfortable group experiences.
In rare cases, group size may slightly exceed the usual limit to accommodate families traveling together.


14) Changes or Cancellations by Marrakechtips

If we must modify or cancel a service due to exceptional circumstances, we will:

  • propose an alternative solution, or

  • provide a refund if no alternative is possible.

Marrakechtips is not responsible for external costs such as flights, hotels, taxis, or other personal expenses.


15) Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking with Marrakechtips, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
