For pricing and participation purposes, we apply the following age categories:
Infant: 0–2 years
Child: 3–11 years
Adult: 12 years and above
Infants (0–2 years): Travel free of charge when sharing services with adults.
Children (3–11 years): Eligible for discounted rates. Discounts vary depending on the service (for example, reduced rates on tours or transfers).
Adults (12+ years): Full adult rate applies.
Note: Child and infant pricing may differ depending on the service booked. Exact rates will be shown on the service page or confirmed upon request.
All infants and children must be accompanied by a responsible, paying adult at all times.
Where applicable, child-specific equipment (such as car seats) can be provided upon request.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors during all activities.
Consent may be required for certain activities involving children.
Additional charges may apply for specialized child safety equipment if needed.
Safety standards vary depending on the activity; however, children’s safety is always our highest priority.
Guests must review the safety information provided for each tour or experience.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.
Some activities have minimum age requirements (for example, camel rides or hiking tours).
Age restrictions are clearly stated on each service page and must be respected.
Children cannot book independently. All reservations must be made by an adult.
Valid identification for minors (passport or other official document) may be required upon request.
