It was a fantastic experience. The reception was good and the breakfast after the flight was good. The flight was excellent. We felt safe. The drone video and photo work was good and is a nice memory of the experience. I recommend it.

An unforgettable hot air balloon experience in Marrakech!
From start to finish, this was truly a magical morning. The team were incredibly professional, warm, and organised — we felt safe and well taken care of throughout. Watching the sunrise over the Marrakech desert from the balloon was one of the most breathtaking sights I’ve ever seen. The views were unreal… peaceful, beautiful, and absolutely unforgettable.
Our pilot was fantastic — knowledgeable, reassuring, and so passionate about what he does. He made the entire experience feel effortless and special.
After landing, we enjoyed a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast in the most serene setting. The food was fresh, authentic, and served with genuine hospitality. It was the perfect way to finish an already extraordinary experience.
I cannot recommend this enough — a definite must-do in Marrakech. If you’re looking for something memorable, unique, and truly 5-star, this is it. ✨
Fantastic and would strongly recommend the experience. From pick up, flight, breakfast and drop off it was worth every penny. The whole team were excellent, communication was clear and everything went like clockwork. If you’re terrified of heights, don’t worry, nothing to fear. If you don’t think you can do it due to problems with flexibility, don’t worry, less abled people had no problems. The experience of floating through the air is truly magical and watching the sunrise is precious. The baskets take up to 24 people, there was 16 in ours, all ages, all abilities. Landing is gentle and the professional team made it feel safe. I would recommend this company 100%, good value as well.

We did the 3 hour tour and I would recommend it 100%
Our tour with ElHoussaine was absolutely brilliant. We did the 3 hour tour and I would recommend it 100%. We have 2 teenage boys who can get bored but ElHoussaine was so engaging and informative they actually became more and more interested as the tour went on. He took us to places which we couldn't have found on our own that were breathtaking, steeped in culture and history and just fascinating, as well as to the wonderful touristy bits. Without giving too much away, if you book his tour you will be treated to some things that are delicious, too. ElHoussaine adapted his tour to include the things that we wanted to do and liased with souk sellers for things that we wanted to buy. He even called a sold out restaurant and got them to sort us a table on the roof terrace so that, after the tour, we could have a meal watching the sun set and Jemaa el-Fna come alive. ElHoussaine quickly went from tour guide, to friend.
