About Us

My name is Elhoussaine Ousbouh, or just Houssine to most people who know me. I was born and raised in the south of Morocco, and over the years I’ve become many things: a musician, a guide, a driver, and most importantly, a friend to travelers.

I believe that every meeting, even the briefest one, carries something unforgettable. That belief is at the heart of everything I do.

Music & Human Connection

Music has always been part of me. I don’t just play it I feel it. The blues, the spirit of Gnawa maâlem players, and the quiet soul of the mountains live in every note I share.

Sometimes I play with my band Tamawayt, sometimes in guesthouses, sometimes under the stars often for people who were strangers just hours before. Every day is different, and that’s what I love.

The World I Help You Discover

I have lived in Marrakech for over 7 years, a city that never sleeps. I created MarrakechTips to help people explore it the way I know it locally, honestly, and without shortcuts.

I run a travel agency offering private, tailor-made tours across Morocco. With trusted drivers, local guides, riads, desert camps, and mountain guesthouses, I help travelers design trips that truly fit them from a 2-day desert escape to a 14-day cultural journey across the country.

Trusted by Travelers Worldwide

These reviews come from real travelers who shared meals, roads, music, and moments with MarrakechTips and took the time to share their experience.

More Than a Business

I don’t just sell tours. I organize every detail with care: the driver, the road, the stay, and the small moments you remember long after. I assist with airport transfers in a 4x4, help find quiet mountain guesthouses when hotels are full, and even help ship Moroccan products back to your home.

Local, Personal, Honest

I work independently, not through a big corporation. Every experience reflects who I am and what I believe in: flexibility, respect, and authenticity.

I also created BerberExplore.com to share vintage Moroccan crafts with people in Europe, the USA, and Canada, handmade pieces that carry stories, not just prices.

A Life of Moments

I don’t chase huge numbers or mass tourism. I stay small, personal, and focused so every traveler feels cared for.

For me, it’s not about quantity. it’s about making sure your experience stays with you long after the trip ends.
