What is Marrakechtips cancellation policy?

We’re sorry to hear that you need to cancel your tour. If you’re open to rescheduling, we’d be happy to help you find another time that works. Here’s everything you need to know about our cancellation policy:

Canceling a Confirmed Booking:

  1. Within 24 hours of booking:
    • You will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking. However, the 10% service fee is non-refundable.
  2. More than 24 hours after booking and more than 7 days before the tour starts:
    • You will be refunded the total amount paid minus the 10% service fee.
  3. Less than 7 days before the tour start time:
    • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking starts.
  4. Booking made less than 24 hours before the tour start time:
    • No refunds will be issued if you cancel a booking made within 24 hours of the tour’s start time.

If we cancel:

  • You will receive a 100% refund if the experience is canceled by us for any reason.

Note: The cancellation policy is based on the local time zone of the experience.

Reducing the Number of Guests:

If you need to reduce the number of guests, the same cancellation policy applies. If the reduction occurs within the cancellation window, you will not be entitled to a refund for the removed guests. If it’s outside the cancellation window, you may cancel and rebook for the correct number of participants.

Rescheduling Bookings:

In case of rescheduling, the cancellation policy applies from the original booking date. If you cancel a rescheduled booking, the cancellation window is based on the original date of booking.

Same Day Bookings:

For same-day bookings (those made less than 24 hours before the start time), no refunds are available for cancellations. but we always prefer you contact us before making the booking.

Canceling an Unconfirmed Booking:

All on-request bookings need to be confirmed by us within 48 hours. If you cancel an unconfirmed booking within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund.
