We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help! If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please review our cancellation policy below. We’re happy to assist you in finding an alternative date if rescheduling works better for you.
Cancellation Policy for Confirmed Bookings
1. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Booking:
You will receive a full refund, excluding a 3 % non-refundable service fee.
2. Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours After Booking and More Than 7 Days Before the Tour:
You will receive a refund of the total amount paid, minus the 10% service fee.
3. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Tour Start Time:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this window.
4. Bookings Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Tour Start Time:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations of same-day bookings.
If We Cancel the Experience
In the rare event that we cancel your tour for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.
Reducing the Number of Guests
If you need to reduce the number of guests, the same cancellation policy applies.
If the reduction occurs within the cancellation window (less than 7 days before the tour), no refund will be issued for the removed guests.
If the reduction occurs outside the cancellation window, you may cancel and rebook for the correct number of participants.
Rescheduling Bookings
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
The cancellation policy is based on the original booking date, not the rescheduled date.
If you cancel a rescheduled booking, the cancellation window will be calculated from the original booking date.
Same-Day Bookings
For bookings made less than 24 hours before the tour start time, no refunds are available for cancellations.
We recommend contacting us before making a same-day booking to ensure availability and avoid any inconvenience.
Canceling an Unconfirmed Booking
All on-request bookings require confirmation from us within 48 hours.
If you cancel an unconfirmed booking within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund.
