Yes, please bring your own towels and shower toiletries. However, for our luxury desert camps, towels and basic shower amenities are provided in your tent.
Unfortunately, no. Upgrades must be arranged during the booking process or at least 24 hours before departure. Standard, comfortable, and luxury camps are separate and located in different areas, each operated by different camp operators.
Electricity plugs are available only in the tents at luxury desert camps. In comfortable camps, charging points are provided in public areas such as the restaurant. Please note that generators are turned off by midnight, so plan accordingly.
