We offer secure online payment by credit or debit card through Stripe. Payments are processed via our U.S.-registered company, ensuring a smooth, reliable, and fully transparent transaction. Cash payment can also be arranged upon request.

Absolutely. All online payments are handled through Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform used by leading luxury brands and international companies.

Q: What if I need to cancel my tour?
We understand that plans can change. As payments are processed through our U.S. Company, cancellations and refunds are handled efficiently and with ease, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Q: How fast is the refund process?
Once a cancellation is approved, refunds are processed promptly through Stripe and returned directly to your original payment method.

Q: Why do you use Stripe with a U.S. company?
Using a U.S.-registered company in combination with Stripe allows us to offer the highest standards of payment security, clear transactions, and seamless refunds providing complete peace of mind from booking to departure.

While we aim to keep the cost of our private tours reasonable, we provide well-educated, knowledgeable, and courteous drivers. 100% of our private tour guests have expressed high satisfaction with their experience.

However, if your tour involves academic topics or specific interests that require in-depth explanations, we recommend hiring a licensed escorting guide. We will be happy to arrange one for you at an additional cost of 120 Euros per day.

While we carefully select Riads, lodges, and desert camps to offer you the best value for your money, we understand that you may have specific preferences or reasons for choosing different accommodations. We’re happy to customize your Morocco desert tour accordingly and will adjust the tour price to reflect your choices.

we highly recommend booking your  tour as early as possible. This ensures availability at the Riads, lodges, and desert camps we advertise all of which are carefully selected but tend to be small with limited capacity, especially during peak travel seasons.

No problem! You can go ahead and book your tour. we always contact you one day before the tour to ask you for your pick up location 

No, you don’t need to bring sleeping bags. The camps we use for our tours provide all necessary sleeping equipment. During the winter months (December, January, and February), warm blankets are supplied, but we recommend bringing warm thermal clothing to stay comfortable during the chilly nights.

Most accommodations provide towels and shower toiletries. Our luxury tours camps also include towels and different shower amenities inside the tent for your comfort.

Unfortunately, no. Upgrades must be arranged during the booking process or at least 24 hours before departure. Standard, comfortable, and luxury camps are separate and located in different areas, each operated by different camp operators.

Electricity plugs are available only in the tents at luxury desert camps. In comfortable camps, charging points are provided in public areas such as the restaurant. Please note that generators are turned off by midnight, so plan accordingly. we have also a selection of camps for teleworkers that need high wifi and electricity
